HALLOWEEN DANCE PARTY & COSTUME CONTEST:
People Credit Union's HALLOWEEN DANCE PARTY & COSTUME CONTEST was held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Ballard Park. The quarry meadow was filled with energetic children in wonderful costumes who enjoyed dancing to Halloween-tunes played by DJ Butch, goodie bags from People’s Credit Union, playing games and dissecting owl pellets.
At 2 pm, the children lined up for the Costume Parade. Celebrity judges included People’s Credit Union Newport branch manager, Lori Marshall, Caterine Milinaire Cushing and Kiki Finn. The Newport Sweet Shoppe made beautiful gift baskets filled with Halloween treats that were awarded to the winners.
